We had been without air conditioning for two days. We were in Okemah, Oklahoma on August 24, 2017 and stopped in at Ace Hardware and talked to Travis for a reference on a good air conditioning service. We immediately went to their business and told them what our situation was on our air conditioner. The receptionist told us that Randy would contact us that afternoon. Randy came out that afternoon/evening and did the necessary repairs on our air conditioning system. Randy was very professional and had the expertise to solve the problem on our air conditioning system. They are very prompt with their services. They did not make us wait as another company had done that is in Kiefer, Oklahoma. That company had actually created the problems we had to have serviced by Four Seasons.
